Problems of Windows 10 users continue
Windows 10 is the latest operating system offered
by Microsoft to its customers. After the stupendous success of Windows 7, it
was expected to be the most advanced operating system ever from the company but
unfortunately it continues to face minor technical issues. Recently, after the
company released an update, complaints started to pour in with users saying
they were facing different kinds of problems with their systems. Windows 10help desk has been trying hard to solve these problems.
Microsoft has been facing the heat from irate users
ever since the company introduced a security update called KB453996. This
security update, termed as non essential by the company, has been reported to
cause issues like unstable OS among the users. Incidentally, this update was in
response to an earlier security update that posed similar issues for the users
of Windows 10. It was intended to solve the problems of the users but created
some more problems for them instead of solving the older ones. One of these
problems is crashing of Sign Tool app that has been reported by many people who
have installed the security update form the company.
It is true that this particular app is not used
often by most people. However, many administrators make use of this app to sign
and verify files. They say that they are greeted with an error message after
installing the security update. Users have themselves found the resolution of
their problem. They say that crashing of their Sign Tool app stopped as soon as
they uninstalled this security update from Microsoft.
Another problem after installing the security
update that is more troubling for the users is the slow booting of their
systems. Some users have reported facing problems with the start up of their
computers. PCs taking up a very long time to boot can be really annoying for
Windows 10 users but the problem becomes serious when their computers are
unable to start. Windows 10 support number is unable to resolve the
problem for these users.
Large numbers of Windows 10 PC owners say that they
are given the option to boot their systems in safe mode after it fails to load
Windows on its own. Once the system starts in safe mode, the user can go to
settings and then begin the uninstall process of the security update.
Owners who are fond of playing games on their
computers have also reported problems. They say that their computers start to
stutter and suffer from slower frame rates. While this is not a big issue, it
is nonetheless annoying for gamers.
There is no need to worry if you are facing some
issues after installing the security update called KB 453996. Microsoft has
termed it non essential and so you can uninstall it if you continue to face
troubles with your operating system. If you are not very tech savvy, it is
prudent to contact Windows customer support number and follow the
instructions to easily uninstall this security update.
It is better to get rid of the security update
rather than continue to face issues that can affect your efficiency and
productivity.
