One number for total McAfee support

McAfee cyber security is enjoyed by millions of individuals around the world in the form of its various internet security suites. McAfee support is generally considered solid and robust by the customers as its antivirus programs keep the systems of users safe and secure form malware and other virus attacks. In a report polished in Wall Street Journal in July, the company is reportedly planning to bring a big IPO valued at more than $1 billion in near future.

According to the same report, McAfee is already in talks with several banks for the launch of this IPO. Once this IPO hits the market, the valuation of the company could go up to more than $5 billion. McAfee is trying to launch this IPO to provide a safe exit to one of its major creditor TPG Capital. This company had purchased 51% of the stake in McAfee from Intel Corp in 2016. TPG Capital had spent around $2.52 billion on this purchase and it has expressed its desire to move out from major ownership in McAfee.
Thomas Bravo is another major stakeholder in McAfee. It had purchased an undisclosed amount of stake in the company in the year 2017.  There are reports that Thomas Bravo is interested in buying out the stakes of TPG Capital and it is also reportedly ready to pay a premium to McAfee for this stake. TPG has expressed a desire of selling McAfee in the past. But considering the fact that many cyber security firms have successfully raised capital through IPOs in the recent past, TPG Capital is willing to take the route of IPO for its exit form McAfee. It is buoyed particularly because of the example of a company called CrowdStrike Holdings whose share prices nearly doubled after raising money through an IPO recently.
Another cyber security company that has been successful in recent past is Symantec, the company well known because of its antivirus product called Norton. Amid reports that major stake in Symantec are going to be purchased by Broadcom Inc led to an increase of more than 10% in its share prices.
McAfee continues to enjoy a solid reputation in the world of internet security suites. Online McAfee support is considered highly reliable by its corporate clients. The company boasts of a wide range of security products that include antivirus programs as well as tools for data recovery.
There are experts who feel it is really amazing that the business model of a company like McAfee is successful in present times. These experts say that no one buys a car and then looks for accessories elsewhere n modern times.
