Microsoft Outlook allows users to include their
signatures in their emails. In fact, you can create different signatures and
use different ones for new emails and regular ones. You create your signature,
click on the file tab on the left hand side of the home page. Click on Options
and choose Mail. Click on Signatures button inside Mail to create a new one or
to insert a signature you already have in yoru computer. You can also choose
