In this case, your only hope is Yahoo tech support. You will be asked information that is related to you. It could be about your contacts in your Yahoo account to verify that you are a genuine user and have really forgotten your password.

If you do not remember your email ID, phone number and you do not remember anything related to your account when asked by Yahoo help, you can very well say goodbye to you old Yahoo account. In this case, your only option is to make a new account on Yahoo.
